North American Missions in action: YES! We have caught the vision!
Check out our Mathis Campus: There are precious saints of God who attend here every Sunday afternoon at 2:00 PM.
Calvary Lighthouse Church is taking an active role in assisting the planting and watering of Home Missions churches in North America. For many years, Pastor M. Craig Stallard has represented the Greater Coastal Bend area on the North American Missions team in the South Texas district. Our church has sponsored many Ministers Appreciation Dinners in support of both Global and North American missions effort. The Greater Coastal Section consistently is setting new records in our Christmas For Christ Project which helps build new church buildings, provide chairs, and sound equipment. For more information on North American missions including Church in a Day projects go to www.namupci.com/
In addition, we are excited to sponsor a new church plant in Mathis, Texas. Special thanks goes to all of the faithful outreach team who include this 2:00 PM service as part of their commitment to serving God and others. This new campus named Calvary Apostolic Church is located at 201 E. San Patricio Ave. in downtown Mathis. This work has provided a wonderful outreach opportunity and has provided the community of Mathis two vaccination clinics, provided refreshments for the Mathis city Christmas parade, provided music for the lighting of the city of Mathis Christmas tree, as well as provided Toys for Christmas for the needy in the area. We often have special outreach events and have seen lives changed by the gospel of Jesus Christ and souls filled with God's Spirit. To God be the Glory for the things HE HAS DONE!
